How It Started
Built on trust from day one
Landtech began in 2020 with a simple conviction: that real estate should be built on transparency, expertise and genuine care for the people it serves. What started as a sublease management business in Dubai has grown into a full-service property company.
Every step of that growth was deliberate. As our clients' needs expanded from renting a room, to leasing a building, to buying, selling and advising we built our services to serve them, end to end.
Today we manage over 50 properties and 1,000+ rooms across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ajman, backed by a 70+ member team.
